1. Services

TejInfo provides web hosting, domain registration, Google Workspace, website development, software solutions, technical support, billing, and related digital services.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, domain, and service information. Customers must keep their email address and phone number updated to receive service notices and renewal reminders.

3. Payments and Renewals

Invoices must be paid on or before the due date. Services such as hosting, domains, Google Workspace, and other subscriptions may be suspended, expired, or terminated if payment is not received on time.

4. Domain Registration and Renewal

Domain registration and renewal are subject to registrar and registry rules. TejInfo is not responsible for loss of domain due to late payment, incorrect contact information, registry restrictions, or customer delay.

5. WhatsApp and Email Notifications

We do not send passwords, banking details, card details, or sensitive login information through WhatsApp.

6. Service Suspension

TejInfo may suspend or restrict services due to non-payment, policy violation, abuse, spam, malware, illegal activity, or security concerns.

7. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use our services for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, hacking, abusive activity, copyright violation, or any activity that may harm our servers, network, reputation, or other users.

8. Backups and Data

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. TejInfo may provide backup services where applicable, but we do not guarantee restoration unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the nature of the service, third-party provider rules, registrar policies, and TejInfo's internal approval. Domain registrations, renewals, licenses, and third-party services are generally non-refundable once processed.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services are provided through third-party providers such as registrars, hosting platforms, Google Workspace, payment gateways, and API providers. Their terms and policies may also apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

TejInfo is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of data, loss of revenue, domain expiry due to late payment, third-party service failure, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
